They don't have to be in a certain order. I just got it to work. If it says you only have one of the two items needed for the code just puch continue. It said that for me but I pushed continue and it took off all the coupons.

hmmm.... are you trying with plain colors for the panty? I know when you get the litle cards in the mail it is usually for pink, white, black, blue, not any of the striped ones....

I keep coming up to $23.49 (no sales tax in Oregon). It looks like it applied the codes, and I've checked the numbers several times. Not that that's a horrible deal, but, well, you understand.

I got my order in this morning and it worked fine. But when I tried it now, it would not let me use the 2nd code listed above (FA813789). Appears they've caught onto the situation.

However, using the remaining two codes I could still get those to work for a total of $22.25 (verses the 16.95 paid earlier today). Still not a bad deal IMO.

I had the same problem but figured out that if you click on the order status link from your confirmation email, your customer number should already be in the box.

I have been trying these codes for over an hour. It keeps saying I only have one item in cart although I have two vs cotton black bras and one pair vs cotton black panties. I clicked continue and it says code applied but it took nothing off. comes to 48.00

I had a $5 GC to use on my order...because the last time I ordered, they took one of my codes off, never called or emailed, just charged me a higher price. I called to complain & they sent me a GC, lol. The price diff was only like $2, so it wasnt that big of a deal, but it was the principal. If you have been charged more, call them!!!

Yikes! Fraudulent? I would have to disagree with that one. There was nothing fraudulent about any of us taking advantage of the offer. The term "smart shopping" sounds much better to me!

I just got off the phone with a supervisor at VS. My order showed that it had shipped, but did not have a shipping date or a shipping method. So I sent an email and received a reply that my cc information was incorrect or something and that I needed to call to correct it.

Ummmm, wasn't anyone going to tell me? They said that after 14 days my order would automatically be cancelled if I didn't call to update the information. It had been 10 days and they hadn't said a word to me about it. Grrrr....

So then I call and they give me a total of $36.99 instead of the $15.99 that my order confirmation said. I went round and round with the rep on that one and she finally got a supervisor who said I should not go by what the order confirmation says. And I said that if they can just go around changing prices on people randomly then what is the point of even sending me an order confirmation???? He kind of didn't have an answer for me.

So then the supervisor said that he was not seeing that I used any codes, etc. in my order which I know was a lie because the rep and I had already spoken about the codes so I know that they could see them.

Then he tells me that one of the codes I used was for a future purchase ($10 off)...oh wait, NOW he can see the codes????? He said I would receive that in an email and I told him that at this point I didn't believe him because the rep told me that my order number and everything would change now that my cc was updated. So then he agreed to send me a $10 gc in the mail and would adjust my charge to $26.99. So I just said fine.

They were so rude and hostile. I started out nice and courteous but they were acting so unprofessional as if I was the one that was lying. Twice I offered to forward them my confirmation email or fax it to them and both times they declined and it was obvious that they knew that I wasn't lying.

I have 2 separate email order confirmations for $16.95 each order. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my bank account & found that VS debited $39.21 + $22.25 from my bank account!!!
I called 800-475-1935 & spoke to one of your CS Reps named Raina. She said it was done "fraudulently" & that your computer corrected it on the backend, whatever that means!
She said she will credit my bank account back & gave me confirmation #'s & told me to return the mdse when I receive it. I am extremely disappointed & upset that this has happened through no fault of mine!!! I certainly did not act fraudulently!!! I thought VS was a classy company offering an excellent deal to kick off the holiday shopping season. I certainly didn't expect this!!!

I did place my order through your website. I entered the coupon codes & your order form recalculated the total accepting the coupons. THEN I received 2 separate email confirmations with my order totals of $16.95 each. How can it possibly be fair & legal for VS to then go into MY bank account & debit additional money in the amount of $39.21 + $22.25????
I want the 2 orders at the price of my original orders & I want the overcharge to be returned to my bank account immediately. What am I missing here?

You are giving me a non-answer!

1) Why were the orders confirmed at $16.95 each if you are now saying that the coupons are not valid?
2) Who authorized VS to debit $39.21 + $22.25 from my bank account?
3) Please put me in contact with someone there with greater authority than yourself so I can get this issue resolved..

As a matter of customer service I would have expected an apology AND for VS to honor my order & refund me the OVERCHARGE!

THEN my phone rings & it was Michelle from VS. We went round & round & got nowhere. She ended by saying a full refund was already issued & would take 3-4 days to appear in my bank, after which I was to return the goods at MY expense! I told her it's not fair that I should have to pay to return them & end up with nothing & they should issue a call tag if they want it back. She put me on hold & came back & said they couldn't do that & I was lucky she refunded shipping ...I received the 2 orders Tuesday & Wed & just received the full refund this morning. I plan to call my bank & ask about VS practice of taking more $$ than authorized. Not sure where I'll go from here. First I'll see what my bank says, then I guess I need to call VS back & get a supervisor.

Update on the coupon code that gave us $10.00 on a future purchase. I received my email for the 10.00 off that I can use now until Nov 28th. VS is offering free slippers with a "qualifying" pajama order. I ordered the thermal long jane pj's for 39.50 got the free thermal slippers "25.00" value all for $27.95 w/ shipping and tax. What I did was In code box #1 entered the code FA810189 (this is for 10.00 off your order) In code box 2 I put in my code from my email, then in the 3rd box I entered the free slipper code-(slipper08). By stacking the codes this way I was able to get the slippers for free and get $20.00 off my order. So be sure to watch your emails for your 10.00 off. I also received a $10.00 off in my order box, but that is not good until 12/1. Hope this helps someone

quick update~
I called VS Customer Service once more, said I now have a full refund & I have the mdse & once again requested a call-tag to return the stuff (even though I liked it & wanted to keep it, but not at the higher price) The lovely CS lady said for me to KEEP it "for my troubles" :)
