Mouse pad

Can anyone recommend a good mouse pad? Or are they all the same? Are the ones with wrist cushions better?

I'm on my computer pretty much all the time and I just use a normal mouse pad I bought at Walmart with little kitty cats on it. I think the keyboard would be more important since you can get the one's with different levels for support for your wrists, but that's just me. Honestly I've never thought about it. But my Walmart one was about $5-6 and I've had it now since I think the beginning of 2006 and it's still ok with a little wear and tear around the edges.
