Some tricks of the trade are: refreshing the screen when you get an error message (But DON'T do this if you are at 'submit order' area) and also when you get an error message try hitting the back button once and try again.

amyers12345 8-31-2008, 10:39 PM I was seconds too late for my good order. I did pick up Heroes season 2 at 9:26. It kept saying 'server down'. I hit retry several times. It never said order completed, but I had 2 comfirmations for the same order in my inbox.
If I was just a LITTLe faster, I would have got Ariel, Heroes season 1, and a book I've been wanting for 30.06 (.01 shy of the $25 FS)
