By entering into our instant win contest, you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to all of the following terms:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Buying hair or products WILL NOT increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
ENTRY: Limit three (3) online entries per person and per e-mail address per day, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address.
PRIZE RENEWAL: Winners will be notified by e-mail and must respond within 30 days from date of notification, or prize will be forfeited. Limit one (1) win per household per month. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. No cash redemption.
DRAWING: Winners are selected at random, in real-time, throughout the month up to a total of thirty-three (33) times per month.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada. Employees or agents of Hair Direct Inc., Develisys, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies involved in this promotion and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children & spouse) or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/agents are ineligible.
