The cheapest I can find it is around $12.99. Should I wait til Black Friday??? Does anyone remember if anyone had them last year on BF???

It might be cheaper on Black Friday, but we never know what DVDs will be put on sale.

That's a good price for a Disney DVD, since they never seem to want to drop their prices towards bargain bin level.
