I bought Sundays paper and it had only one measly sheet of coupons..not even worth
the $2.75 I paid for the paper :(

Is there anyway of knowing what coupons will be in each weeks paper? I am starting to
get back into using coupons (out of need) and I hate to buy the paper for nothing.
It is too big and too expensive just to throw away if there are no decent coupons in it
The Boston Globe is what I would buy for this purpose

TIA

coupons are rarely in holiday weekend sunday papers

Have you tried a dollar store for a sunday paper? Ours sells them for $1

I flip through the paper before I buy it... have to pick the best one, ya know.

Ripn's right.. holiday weekends are slim in the coupon department

Is that for everybody's paper?

usually, and once in a great great great while, they will do the inserts on mondays rather than sundays along with all the sale adds, depends on the holiday though, think it may only be around thanksgiving/christmas, cant remember

That's a bummer--I didn't know that. I bought one, but haven't gone through it yet. I also hate to spend the $ if there aren't many (or any) good coupons.

Wow! You pay $2.75 for the paper? It's only $1.50 here and some stores even have it for 99 cents! I thought it was expensive to live here but obviously I have it easy!! :eyepoppin

Ours is 2.50 here I think or 2.75. I stopped buying them because it was to much when I wouldn't really use the coupons. I used to go over to my moms and go through hers. Thanks to who posted that list, now I know when to buy one.

My local paper only gets the most basic coupons. We finally started getting the p&g last year. I've been buying the "big city" papers for years and they're about $2.50 because of gas to get them here. Our paper kind of hints at what is in the bigger papers but generally there is no comparison. Sometimes in the ads like cvs it will say look for additional savings in sundays paper and that's another hint. Like, the local never has unilever coupons or bandaids.

the Boston Globe is the paper to beat all papers though... $2.75 is a steal for it considering my rinky-dink piece o crud local paper is $2.50 on sundays.

Anybody know what coupons will be in the paper for 6/8?
How can you find out which coupons specifically are in the paper ahead of time?

I go to www.thecouponclippers.com. click on their 'tracker', and it will have a full listing usually the thursday or friday before the ad. They have had them for sale since this morning.
